The Club was established in September 1996 by Head Coach, Mark Simpson, with assistance from his wife Erin and Veronique Lamb, and has grown from strength to strength with approximately 120 members.

From January 2011 the club will no longer offer competitive gymnastics, but will continue to run recreational / starter classes.

Gymnasts will be encouraged to develop at their own rate and those showing the ability to take gymnastics more seriously will be offered guidance on taking the next step to joining one of the competitive clubs within the region.

The club operates the British Gymnastics Award Scheme and gymnasts will have the opportunity to work towards achieving their badges and certificates.

The Club trains at Tudor Grange School in Solihull.

The Club is affiliated to the West Midlands Amateur Gymnastics Association and all our gymnasts and coaches are members of British Gymnastics. The Club's British Gymnastics Registration Number is 41236.

The Club gained the British Gymnastics GymMark accreditation in November 2005. This certifies that Rebound Gymnastics Club has been approved by British Gymnastics as a "safe, effective and child friendly" club.
