COMPETITION CLASS
Gymnasts in the Competition Class train a minimum of 4 and half
hours per week. Classes are held on a Wednesday and Friday evening:

Gymnasts have the opportunity to do additional
training on Sunday mornings at the Munrow Centre, Birmingham University.
These sessions are by invitation only and selection for the class
is based on ability, effort and commitment.
RECREATIONAL CLASSES
Our
recreational/starter classes are held on a Saturday morning. Classes
are based on age as follows:-

Entry to the Competition Class is based on a combination
of ability, attitude, commitment and meeting minimum criteria set
by the Head Coach. Gymnasts who pass an initial assessment will
be offered a trial in the Competition Class, subject to availability
of places.
All gymnasts are trained on vault, bars, beam and
