COMPETITION CLASS
Gymnasts in the Competition Class train a minimum of 4 hours per
week. Classes are held on a Wednesday and Friday evening:

Gymnasts have the opportunity to do additional
training on a Saturday morning. Selection for additional training
is based on ability / commitment and is at the discretion of the
Head and Deputy Head Coaches.
RECREATIONAL CLASSES
Our
recreational/starter classes are held on a Saturday morning. Classes
are based on age as follows:-

Entry to the Competition Class is based on a combination
of ability, attitude, commitment and meeting minimum criteria set
by the Head Coach. Gymnasts who pass an initial assessment will
be offered a trial in the Competition Class, subject to availability
of places.
All gymnasts are trained on vault, bars, beam and
